Fixing Attached Cells in Organic Solvents

(Protocol summary only for purposes of this preview site)

Cells attached to a solid support are simple to manipulate, because the slides, coverslips, or dishes are easily washed and placed in different fixatives or staining solutions. When using slides or coverslips, they may be easier to handle by placing them in racks or staining jars.
