Using Hunter's TiterMax Adjuvant

(Protocol summary only for purposes of this preview site)

TiterMax Classic adjuvant is composed of three main ingredients: a block copolymer, CRL-8300, squalene (a metabolizable oil), and a unique microparticulate stabilizer. Squalene allows the adjuvant to form stable water-in-oil emulsions with antigens containing up to 90 water. The resulting emulsion is less viscous than Freund's adjuvant, making it easy to inject through small needles.
